  • Provide the products and services requested by you (sessions, courses, retreats).

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service, but allow and facilitate us to provide you with better attention:

  • Sending our newsletter with valuable information, promotions, and upcoming events, through the platform Kit.

To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data:

  • Full name
  • Cell phone number (for contact via WhatsApp)
  • Email address

Data Transfer and Third Parties

We inform you that your personal data is shared within and outside the country with the following service providers, necessary for our operation:

  • YouCanBook.me: Platform for agenda and booking management.
  • Kit (formerly ConvertKit): Platform for managing our mailing list and sending newsletters.
  • WhatsApp: Direct means of communication.

We ensure that these providers have security measures to protect your data and prevent them from using it for purposes other than those established.

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of the use we give it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).
